Forum45 Pop-Up Ticket

$0.50

A 45 minute rhythm-based ride. Arrive, clip in, and let the room do the rest.

A Forum ride is a music-driven, rhythm-based experience designed around a deliberate narrative arc that leaves you feeling accomplished, not just exhausted. In this room, we coach people, not metrics which means there is no competition between riders and absolutely no performance pressure.

Every rider belongs here. Whether you are clipping into a bike for the very first time or you are a seasoned cyclist, this class is built for all experience levels. Because we believe effort matters far more than fitness level , you are fully encouraged to move at your own pace with absolutely no judgment, ever. This is simply an invitation to connect with the music, find your rhythm, and move alongside a community that showed up to do the same.

  • Every bike has dual-sided pedals, toe cages on one side for regular athletic shoes, SPD on the other if you have cycling shoes. Nothing to rent, nothing to buy.

  • A clean towel at every bike

  • Chilled towels at the end of class, steeped in essential oils.

  • A room full of people who showed up for the same 45 minutes you did.
